1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 88 baji website at https://88-baji.com, creating a player account, or using any product or service offered on this platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and fish shooting games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 88 baji (the platform operator).

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of 88 baji following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 88 baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 88 baji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge receipt of and agreement to those additional documents.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an account on 88 baji:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.

If verification documents are requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe, 88 baji may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until the verification process is satisfactorily completed. Any account found to have been opened or operated in breach of these eligibility requirements will be closed immediately, and any balance held within that account may be forfeited at 88 baji's discretion.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 88 baji services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use false, misleading, or another person's information at any stage of the registration process.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 88 baji. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms. 88 baji employs automated detection systems to identify multi-accounting behaviour. If multiple accounts are detected, 88 baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus winnings, and withhold balances pending investigation.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 88 baji will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact 88 baji support at [email protected] immediately so that protective measures can be applied without delay.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its commitment to security and fraud prevention, 88 baji may require players to complete a KYC verification process. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

88 baji supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR). • All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's identity, 88 baji reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This policy exists to maintain payment chain integrity and prevent financial fraud.
• A withdrawal request will only be processed once any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

5 Bonus & Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion at the time it is made available.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 6 User Obligations

As a registered player on 88 baji, you accept the following obligations throughout the duration of your account. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the fairness of all games and betting markets, and the safety of all players who share the 88 baji environment.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88 baji. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any outstanding bets and bonus balances, forfeiture of funds held in the account, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

Fraud & Financial Misconduct

• Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, including bKash, Nagad, or bank card details belonging to another individual.
• Initiating chargeback or payment reversal requests with your payment provider after using deposited funds to place bets or play games. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal channels.

Game Integrity Violations

• Submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent identity or payment verification documents during the KYC process.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

88 baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or account security obligations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from 88 baji.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player identity, device fingerprint, or payment method.
• Evidence of fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or suspected money laundering activity associated with the account.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion, whether submitted through the account settings panel or via the support team.
• A regulatory or legal instruction requiring 88 baji to restrict access to the platform for a particular individual.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 88 baji support team at [email protected]. A closure request will be processed within 24 hours. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed in accordance with the standard withdrawal process, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering obligations remain unfulfilled.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by 88 baji — your right to access the platform is immediately revoked. Active bonus balances at the time of closure will be forfeited. If closure is initiated by 88 baji due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited if the investigation confirms the breach. If a player has self-excluded and later attempts to re-register, 88 baji will take reasonable steps to identify and close any new accounts opened in breach of the self-exclusion arrangement.
